Refund Policy

Creto’s Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when users can cancel calls, when refunds or adjustments may apply, and how cancellations and disputes are handled for creator calls and brand collaborations.

Effective 8 October 2026 · Version 1

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Creto is operated by Varkala Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to payments made through the Creto platform for paid creator calls and brand collaborations.

For paid creator calls, users may cancel a call before the call begins without being charged, subject to any applicable payment authorization or processing rules. Once a call has started, the amount payable is generally calculated based on the actual duration of the call and the creator’s applicable per-minute rate. Payments for completed call time are generally non-refundable.

If a call is cancelled by the creator, fails to start due to a technical issue attributable to Creto, or the user is charged incorrectly due to a system error, the user may be eligible for a full or partial refund or adjustment. Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the transaction.

If a call is interrupted because of technical issues, Creto may review the call duration and transaction details and, where appropriate, issue an adjustment or refund for the affected portion. Users should report payment or call-related issues to Creto as soon as reasonably possible.

For brand collaborations, cancellation and refund terms may depend on the specific campaign, agreement between the brand and creator, campaign status, deliverables, and payments already processed. Once a creator has been selected or work has commenced, cancellation may be subject to the terms agreed between the parties. Creto may assist with disputes but does not guarantee a refund where the matter is between a brand and creator.

Refunds approved by Creto will generally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate payment method supported by our payment providers. The time taken for the refund to appear in the user's account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Creators are responsible for fulfilling accepted calls and brand commitments. Repeated cancellations, failure to attend scheduled calls, or failure to deliver agreed campaign work may result in account restrictions, payment adjustments, or other action under Creto’s Terms of Service.

Creto reserves the right to review refund requests individually and may reject requests that involve misuse, fraud, abuse, false claims, or violations of our Terms of Service.

To request a refund, report a payment issue, or raise a cancellation-related concern, please contact us at support@creto.app with your registered account details and relevant transaction or call information.

Creto reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, payment processes, or applicable laws.
